A partir de hoy pueden ingresar a la plataforma moodle a través de la página del colegio,  allí encontrarán las diferentes actividades propuestas desde cada área.

Buenas Tardes Familia, 

Les escribo con el fin de informarles que se llego a un acuerdo con el grado 5 y se estableció que los días MARTES se presentará la evaluación del tema trabajado en el transcurso de la semana, igualmente en cada clase se tendrá presente la participación, buena actitud y trabajo en clase para las respectivas notas. 

Por otro lado, se asigno este blog para  actividades y tareas que se harán tanto en casa como en clase. Así mismo, debajo de este mensaje encontrarán un link correspondiente a la lista de verbos irregulares, esto  con el fin de que los estudiantes se aprendan por día 3 verbos en pasado simple, pasado participio y su significado. Se dará espacios en clase para practicar verbos. 
NOTA: el día 21 de Enero se presentará  prueba diagnostica, para esto se les recomienda repasar temas como: present simple, past simple, past continuos, comparative, superlative y reading comprehension.

RULES
1) For verbs that end in o-ch-sh-ss-x-z we add ES in the third person
ex: go-goes

2) For verb that end in a consonant + y, we remove y and add IES
ex: marry-marries
     study-studies
     worry-worries
3) For verb that end in a vowel + y, we just add S
ex: play-plays

PAST SIMPLE

The simple past is a verb tense which is used to show that a completed action took place at a specific time in the past. The simple past is also frequently used to talk about past habits. 

STRUCTURE

AFFIRMATIVE

EX: you went to the school yesterday
       she ate pizza last night

NEGATIVE
sub+auxiliary ( did not) + verb (inifinitive form) + complement
EX: you did not go to the school yesterday

INTERROGATIVE

THERE IS -THERE ARE

There is and there are  are two structures equivalent to the impersonal form of the verb to have in present time: "hay"

PRESENT SIMPLE: THERE IS- THERE ARE

Plural: there are
Ex: there are a lot of birds in the sky

NEGATIVE

DEMOSTRATIVE ADJECTIVE

This, that, these and those are demonstrativesWe use this, that, these and those to point to people and things. This and that are singular. These and those are plural. We use them as determiners and pronouns.

THIS, THAT, THESE, THOSE AS DETERMINERS
Pointing to things:  We use this and that with singular and uncountable nouns:
·         Try to repeat this exercise every morning and evening. (this + singular countable noun)

WE USE THESE AND THOSE WITH PLURAL NOUNS

·         You can use any one of these computers. (these + plural noun)
·         I need to paint those windows. (those + plural noun)

TIME PHRASES

We often use this with words describing time and dates like morning, afternoon, evening, week, month, year to refer to ‘the one that’s coming’ or ‘the one we’re currently in’:
·         I’ll be with you some time this evening.
·         Johan seemed very happy this afternoon.

REFERRING TO PEOPLE

We can use this and that as pronouns to refer to people when we want to identify ourselves or others, or to ask the identity of other speakers:
